Sunday School
At Newell Presbyterian Church, we have a very active Christian Education
program for all ages. We meet for Church School every Sunday at 9:45
a.m.

Children
Our children's Sunday School is an excellent program called the NBA
(Newell Bible Adventures).
Our children use the rotation model curriculum in which they use drama,
puppet shows, music, computers, art, and other hands on activities to learn the stories of the
Bible.
Youth
Our youth (6th-12th grades) get together on Sunday mornings to talk about how God makes a
difference in their everyday lives. They use the Covenant People curriculum
to discuss how to live their lives showing the love and faithfulness of
Christ.
Adults
Currently, there are two adult Sunday School classes.
The “Hope” class is a traditional bible study class.
And the “Agape” class tends to focus on contemporary issues in
theology and society.
Summer Intergenerational Sunday School
During June, July, and August, we combine all of our Sunday classes into
one fun and exciting class. Adults experience the excitement of
children, youth are given opportunities to mentor and lead, and children
gain the perspective of faith across a lifetime.
