Church Life

Being in fellowship with one another is an important part of being a Christian.  There are several opportunities for fellowship in our congregation. 

Special Events - BBQ's, classic car cruise-ins, farmer's market, arts and crafts fair, all church retreats to Lake Norman, sporting events, etc... 

Youth Group - meets in the fall and the spring on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m.  Open to all 7th to 12th graders.  They also go on annual mission trip.

Young Adults - meets monthly for food and fellowship.  Open to all young adults (ages 18-35ish).  Please call the church office for more information.

Presbyterian Women - we have three circles that meet monthly for bible study, fellowship, and service.  They also go on an annual beach trip to Myrtle Beach.  Open to all women.  Please call the church office for more information.

Men of the Church - meets for fellowship, prayer, and service.  Open to all men.  Please call the church office for more information.

Forget-me-nots  - this is a group open to all retired folks.  They meet for lunch and fellowship the last Thursday of every month at the Tryon House restaurant.  They got their name from a former pastor, who jokingly commented that they forget everything he tells them.  They liked the name, so it stuck.
